I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in private practice since 2017. I received a bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from the University of Southern Indiana. I then received a masters degree in social work from Austin Peay State University, graduating with honors.
I truly love what I do; making a difference in this world one person at a time brings me joy.
Are you ready for change? Let's work together to create a plan, an action plan, of how we can get you to where you want to be. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies for positive change. I specialize in treating anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief, stress, and trauma/PTSD through the use of exposure and response prevention therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, sand tray therapy, client-centered therapy, and internal family systems (IFS) informed EMDR.
My role as a therapist is to guide, support, and empower you through your journey of healing and reaching your potential. I would be honored to support you through your journey.
I am a Registered Play Therapist™ and am passionate about working with children, specifically through the use of play therapy techniques. Play is the way children communicate, thereby making it the best way to understand a child. I utilize evidence-based techniques to help children struggling with anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, transitions, trauma, divorce/separation, among others. I assist children and their parents to develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and create strong caregiver/child bonds. When working with children, I require periodic parent consultation meetings where I provide support and psychoeducation of various skills to promote growth outside of therapy sessions.

Welcome! You are already showing such courage and taking charge of your journey by being here. Starting and/or continuing your therapy journey can be one of the most daunting choices to make. It is one of the greatest honors to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and work through the different parts of you. Humans, at their core, are not solitary creatures; we crave companionship and support. I firmly believe the therapeutic relationship and therapy process can make the journey of healing less daunting. I also understand that some of you might be showing up skeptical or unsure of what therapy could offer you. I hope to be a safe space to explore that discovery and answer some of those questions.
EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), attachment based modalities, Child-Centered play therapy, and Jungian based approaches, such as Sandplay, to:
You are already on this journey to healing and recovery, but you do not have to do it alone. I am ready to come along with you and be honored by what we heal and discover together.
“Healing Trauma is not about reliving the past but teaching the body it is safe in the present.”
Hi, I am so glad you are here! I fully believe that the bravest thing that you can do is to show up for yourself, over and over again. Your story deserves to be heard, and you deserve to be understood. My role as your therapist is to join you on your journey of growth by empowering and also challenging you to become the best and most genuine version of yourself possible.
Creating warm and healing spaces for clients to share their life journey is one of the greatest honors, and not one that I take lightly. I strive to provide a non-judgmental space for clients to ask and process the tough questions, as well as challenge and validate their internal thoughts. I can't wait to work with you! I offer both in person and telehealth options during the week and on week nights.
You might feel overwhelmed, isolated, or powerless. You might feel rushed, out of control, or even empty. But you shouldn't have to feel these things alone. My goal is for our time together to be both healing and helpful. Let's find new ways to alleviate some of the hardships of life and work towards creating positive and healthy change in your mind and body. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, anger, life transitions, and sexual issues. I am a great fit for someone who is seeking a warm, empowering, non-judgmental and comfortable space.
Sexual issues can be such an intimate and vulnerable aspect of your life, and they can also be the most isolating and discouraging areas of your life as well. They don't have to be! I work with individuals and couples struggling with sexual issues ranging from sex, sexual dysfunction, and gender issues. The most vulnerable parts of you are also allowed to be your most celebrated and empowering parts. Let's talk more!
Are you feelings stuck? Whether it's your career, relationship, daily grind, or just feeling trapped internally, sometimes it seems like no matter how hard you try, you just can't move forward. This feeling can block your growth, connections, and bring about pain and confusion. But here's the good news: how you tackle these challenges can make all the difference in creating a fulfilling and positive life.
I'm here to help you see that you’re more than your problems and that the roadblocks in your path can be overcome with a bit of guidance. Through narrative and acceptance commitment therapy, we can tackle these obstacles together.
I offer services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a special emphasis on the BIPOC community, couples, veterans and active military and their families. My approach is authentic and customized to meet you precisely where you are in your journey. You are the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you connect the dots when things feel unclear.
Together, we can create a space where you regain control and rewrite your story. Whether you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, trauma, broken relationships, or uncovering who you want to become, I’m here to support you.
As a military veteran, I understand the struggle of “embracing the suck,” but I've learned that there's a more effective way to tackle problems. You don’t have to endure the pain any longer. It's time to take charge and reach out. Are you ready to start writing the next chapter of your story?
Have you lost your sense of purpose and feel like it is impossible to find it again? Do you find it impossible to trust others even though you yearn for a deeper connection with your loved ones? Have you noticed a big change in your child’s behavior and emotions and are unsure how to help? Are you just tired of being tired? There is hope, and you don’t have to go through this alone. I have experience working with a wide variety of populations, and I would love to help you start your healing journey.
I offer individual therapy for adults and children & couples therapy. I have experience working with children ages 3+, using techniques from child-centered play therapy to promote esteem-building, emotional regulation, self-control, and returning responsibility. I also use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help address behaviors & its natural consequences.
My goal as a therapist is to provide empowerment, compassion, and unconditional positive regard to everyone who walks into my room. It is time for you to tell your story instead of letting your story tell you!
Is there something holding you back from living the life you want? Are you ready to make lasting changes but unsure where to start? As a developing therapist, I am eager to support you on your journey toward healing. I believe that everyone has innate resilience and a capacity for growth, and my goal is to help you recognize and tap into those strengths. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered perspective, and I may incorporate other techniques to best meet your needs. I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a special emphasis on anxiety, grief, and sexual trauma. Together, we can create goals that reflect your values and develop a plan to help you achieve the life you want.
